Engineering Services, Inc. (ESI) is a long established consulting engineering firm providing professional engineering and surveying services to both the public and private sectors. ESI provides services for water, wastewater, street, storm drainage, parks, subdivisions, and large scale development projects. Engineering Services, Inc. has successfully completed thousands of civil engineering projects since 1971. Many examples of these projects are included in this document.

ESI was founded in 1971 by Oscar M. Hall. Since the inception, ESI has grown from a staff of five employees to the present level of approximately 35 full-time employees. Engineering Services, Inc. is currently one of the largest civil engineering firms in Arkansas, and is owned by:

Our commitment to providing responsive, personal service to our clients is one reason ESI receives such a large volume of work in the form or repeat business from clients satisfied with previous work provided by our firm.

The offices of Engineering Services, Inc. are located at 1207 South Old Missouri Road in Springdale, Arkansas. The 15,300 square foot facility, located on a 3.15 acre tract, houses all company operations under one roof. ESI maintains fully-staffed engineering, surveying, drafting, and construction observation departments in house, allowing us to provide a comprehensive array of services to our clients without the need to rely on outside consultants or third parties. In 2019, ESI opened a second office in Texarkana, Texas.
